Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. All bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights.
    - too much admin otherwise.
  2. A deposit of 2 nights pitch fee is required at time of booking by credit/debit card, auto banking or cheque sent in the post.
    - let down over 20 times in 2011.
  3. Can we have our deposit back? Sorry, No
    - If you cancel with at least 28 days notice, you can use your deposit to book another holiday with us within 6 months.
    - If you cancel in less than 28 days, you have lost it. If we re-let your pitch and make extra profit we will donate it to the East Anglia Air Ambulance.
    - we are not doing it for greed, we have just been let down too many times.
  4. Special Weekends and Bank Holidays are a minimum of 3 nights payable in full at time of booking. Please note some pitches will be held back for 5 days or over.
    - this is to prevent an empty site on a Tuesday.
  5. Unless prior arrangements have been made (late arrival) we reserve the right to re-let a pitch unclaimed by 6pm on the evening of arrival.
    - we assume you are not coming and we don't want to lose the chance to rent the pitch.
  6. Pitches must be vacated by 12 noon on your day of departure.
    - got to get ready for the new folks.
  7. Extended stay may be available by prior arrangement and additional payment.
  8. Pitches are available from 2pm on the day of your arrival.
  9. No refunds will be given for early departure.
    - you have stopped somebody else from coming. It is not fair that we should lose rent for your action.
  10. Adults only Park, no persons under the age of 18 permitted.
