Fishing Rules

I am sorry I have to give you rules. I have tried it without, but it just does not work.
  1. Fishing is from dawn to dusk, sorry but you cannot fish in the dark.
  2. Only guests staying in the park can fish.
The rest are all common sense, and I am sure you know them, but for clarity they are:
  1. Wildlife has priority.
  2. No barbed hooks or Keep Nets.
    - for fish welfare.
  3. 2 Rods max.
    - I've seen rods go off at the same time.
  4. No bait boats thank you, and please do not use more than 2kg of ground bait per day.
    - to maintain our water quality.
  5. The minimum strength line must be no less than 15lb.
    - these fish really do fight and we have had a number of snap offs.
  6. Rods are to be attended at all times, you cannot fish from your caravan.
    - we have had rods in the lake.
  7. You must use safe rigs and silicon tubing.
    - for fish welfare.
  8. You must have and use landing nets, unhooking mats and mouth antiseptic.
    - for fish welfare.
  9. Please wash your landing net if you have fished in the last 48hrs.
    - we do not have enough fishermen on the site to maintain an effective dip.
  10. No Peanuts or Tiger nuts.
    - if not prepared correctly, they can kill my fish.
