Site Rules

Site Rules

  1. Free access to the park is only open to guests staying on site.
  2. Thornhill lakes reserve the right to refuse any booking or to evict any person at their discretion.
    - If you are spoiling it for our guests, you will be asked to leave..
  3. Thornhill Lakes will not accept liability for any personal loss injury or damage which may be suffered by visitors or their property during their stay.
    - told to include this one.
  4. No vans or commercial vehicles are allowed in the park.
    - this is not 'vehicleism', it’s to keep up the appearance of the park.
  5. Only one car to a pitch please.
    - helps to keep the feeling of space for your neighbours thanks.
  6. Day visitors, this is a tricky one. First, you must let us know, we think it's only fair that we know who is in our park . Secondly, maximum of two visitors per pitch please. And thirdly, if your guests are coming over for a couple of hours or so then fine. However, if they are coming over for the day then it’s £6 each, and all day guests must leave by 9pm please.
    - I wish the mother in law would stick to this one... Why the rule? We have had more visitors than guest before now and pitches have got overwhelmed, making it unpleasant for neighbouring pitches. I could look greedy on this, so pay by cheque and make it payable to East Anglian Air Ambulance please.

    - who likes walking in dog poo?.
